Hi! I'm Winter Brown, Creator & CEO of Winter’s Wedding Bells. I'm an artist & ordained minister as of October 2021. I perform both religious and non religious ceremonies. Inspired by the loving marriage of my parents, I decided to become an orchestrator of love.
